The Front of House and Audience Experience Management service is responsible for welcoming the public and regulating the flow of visitors to the various spaces within the OCC building itself and to other venues hosting OCC cultural events. The service is staffed by ushers who politely attend to the public's needs, providing them with information and ensuring their safe entrance to, stay in and exit from the OCC and other venues.
